Braden Kelly

Braden works with buyers and sellers throughout the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities. His approach is practical, straightforward and focused on helping clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

His background includes more than 10 years in public service as a firefighter, along with experience in civil construction, home renovations, landscaping, business ownership, management and coaching. As a property investor himself, he brings a practical understanding of homes, renovations and the realities of property ownership.

Braden has also volunteered extensively with causes and community initiatives that are important to him. Those experiences have reinforced the importance of reliability, preparation and following through on commitments.

He believes clients deserve straightforward information, honest advice and clear communication. Braden takes the time to understand what matters to each person, explain the process without overcomplicating it and help clients make decisions they feel comfortable with.

Whether someone is buying their first home, planning a move or preparing to sell, Braden approaches every situation with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. His goal is not to pressure clients into a decision, but to provide the preparation and guidance they need to make the right move for their circumstances.

When he is not working, Braden enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Bear. He also enjoys exploring the restaurants, amenities and outdoor spaces that make the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities such great places to live.
